Pop Ups on Chester Street – August 2017

The second addition of the Pop Ups on Chester Street was the first time it was open to the public. This event was once again Chef Kelli’s home in Royal Oak, where three of Two Unique’s talented chefs paid homage to the pig. Chefs Rece, Michelle and Reid offered a  Whole Hog Dinner featuring a mulefoot/manalista hog from Farm Field Table of Ferndale. The animal was prepared and celebrated in a true slow food tradition with small drink pairings. The beautiful produce was purchased from Geddes Farm in Birmingham.
